The management was called at one point, and although the manager was more cordial, he unfortunately did not solve the situation. I am certain that the owners and management of this establishment would not appreciate the way that the hosts/bouncers treated us. It is unacceptable to insult customers and speak to them in a disparaging tone. Unfortunately, we will NEVER again be visiting this location, and the members of our large party have all expressed the same sentiment. We have visited this spot previously for business meetings as well as casual meetings. They represented Gramps in an EXTREMELY poor and absolutely TERRIBLE manner.
